I needed to be reminded that i was more powerful then i felt.  I needed to think positive but that’s was harder then anyone could imagine.  These inspirational bracelets, reminded me, I was more powerful, capable and worthy then imI felt in that moment and it made all the difference to wear a constant reminder.  When my mind was weak, I looked down for reinforcement.
